Shiloh II Wind Energy 230-kV Tie-In Project

Provided construction monitoring for installation of electricity line from wind farm into existing substation in Solano County, California, for Pacific Gas & Electric. Biological issues included California tiger salamander, vernal pools, and a variety of special-status plant species. Project involved training of construction personnel in environmental compliance procedures for project and coordination with resource agencies, inspectors, and client.
