Project Highlights
From November 2017 through the present, Balk Biological has provided biological monitoring, nesting bird surveys, and active nest monitoring to ensure that the project remains in compliance with environmental permits associated with the 11-mile alignment from the Santa Fe Depot in Downtown San Diego to the University City community. Conducted special-status wildlife survey effort and prepared technical reports to be submitted to wildlife agencies.
