Performed rare plant surveys and vegetation characterization on approximately 5,000 acres of coast redwood forest in support of timber harvesting plans, in Mendocino County, for the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection. Located and visited numerous reference populations prior to surveys and wrote up results of surveys in biological reports. Produced graphics for reports showing survey routes and special-status plants located.
